เริ่มต้นจากคลองสาน (บริเวณหน้าวัดสุวรรณ) ไปตามถนนเจริญนคร แยกซ้ายไปตามถนนลาดหญ้า ผ่านวงเวียนใหญ่ ไปตามถนนอินทรพิทักษ์ ถนนเพชรเกษม แยกขวาไปตามถนนพุทธมณฑลสาย ๔ แยกซ้ายไปตามทางหลวงชนบทหมายเลข นฐ ๔๐๐๖ จนสุดเส้นทางที่หมู่บ้านเอื้ออาทรศาลายา

  • หมายเลขสายการเดินรถที่ ขสมก. ใช้คือ 84ก
  • เส้นทางข้างต้นคือเส้นทางรถโดยสารปรับอากาศ
  • มีรถธรรมดา วิ่งในเส้นทาง หมู่บ้านเอื้ออาทร (ศาลายา) – วงเวียนใหญ่ โดยกลับรถที่วงเวียนใหญ่
